Quality Assurance

Manufacturing quality parts means nothing if the proper quality assurance procedures are not followed. Absolute Machine applies the latest statistical process controls (SPC), quality control (QC) and continuous improvement processes (CIP) to every part we make. First Article Inspection (FAI) verifies product quality through in-process sampling and perform product acceptance through 100% inspection of dimensions, finishes and other critical parameters.

Absolute Machine is committed to delivering quality service to meet or exceed customer expectations and focusing on continued improvement in our processes. We accomplish this by monitoring our performance against our established objectives, identifying areas where we can improve our QMS and its processes, and through management commitment and employee training.

Our quality assurance team utilizes tools from simple bore micrometers to sophisticated coordinate-measuring machines (CMM) to inspect finished CNC machined parts. Only parts that pass final inspections are delivered to our customers.

We utilize the following QA equipment:

  • Bore Micrometers
  • Coordinate-Measuring Machines (CMM)
  • 3’x4’x6” Granite Table with Certified Flatness
  • TESA-Hite Gages
